Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

Kids Warehouse has a 14 day Return/Exchange Policy on any goods bought in store or online.

Items must be in the same condition as when purchased with either a receipt or Item tag to recall the sale and ensure the correct amount of store credit is issued at time of the return/exchange. We offer Exchange or Credit Note on items purchased from Kids Warehouse In Store or Online. Refunds are rarely issued and not issued for change of mind, misuse of product in a way that it contributed to the problem. Postage costs are not refunded and return postage is paid by the customer.
